We had you come out and do a boil for us a couple years ago. We're going to be visiting with friends in early March and would love to have a boil. We have a group of 6 eaters, a couple are big eaters. I know the minimal order is 10, but is there any flexibility in ordering? Could we do fewer portions if we added more clams/mussels or sides for example? We also have flexibility on dates if that plays a factor.
