I am trying to fit 2 events into one night, so I am not sure on timing until I talk with you on logistics (if available)

1. drinks & shrimp boil rehearsal dinner for 50 (5pm-7pm)
2. off-site welcome drinks for out-of-town guests (7:30-9pm)

Timing would need to work backwards from 7:00. Our welcome happy hour will be at 7:30 (our people are old and must be in by 9pm, ha)

We are all traveling here from NE/SD and would appreciate discussions with you to figure out what we really need for timing & food; you are very seasoned in this.

You referenced tables, but I wasn't sure about chairs.
